Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to book any and all appointments at Renude Esthetics Spa. All deposits are nonrefundable and held over if canceled within 24-hours. 

Cancellation Policy: For all appointments, deposits are nonrefundable and held over if canceled within 24-hours. Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy will result in your deposit becoming nonrefundable.

Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 100% nonrefundable deposit in order to book your next reservation. Deposit is voided

NO SHOWS and SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 100% nonrefundable deposit in order to book your next reservation.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving 24 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. Reservations are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of $10 will apply. Any fees incurred will be charged to the credit card we have on file or added to the next service you book.
